What is the difference between The Green Gazette and GazetteOnline.com?
The Green Gazette is a digital replication of the daily Gazette newspaper that allows online viewing. Gazette Online is a FREE online site that contains late breaking news, interactive dialogues and online classified ads that may not appear in the Gazette newspaper.
What is the difference between The Gazette and The Green Gazette?
There isn’t a difference. The Green Gazette is an EXACT digital replica of the printed Gazette newspaper. Due to contractual limits, Parade, Relish, and Advertising Inserts will not be part of this digital replica.
What is the difference between The Green Gazette and the E-Edition?
The Green Gazette is the latest version of the original E-edition. It has many new features and enhancements. Try the free preview to see the latest version.

Does it matter whether I have dial-up or broadband internet access?
No. While we strongly recommend using a broadband connection for the best experience, The Green Gazette works on either connection. For slower (modem or 56k line) connections, we recommend you click the 56k icon in The Green Gazette’s top tool bar.
How do I print articles, photos, the crossword puzzle, or the comics?
Click on the element you want to print, and then click the printer icon in the top right-hand corner of The Green Gazette.
How do I email articles to another user?
Just click on the feature you are interested in, and then click the email icon in the top right-hand corner of The Green Gazette.
Can I download the entire paper as a PDF?
Yes, PDFs are available for users who would like to download selected, or all, pages of the paper for offline viewing later. On a broadband connection it usually takes about 2 minutes. Just click the PDF/Download icon in the header.
I can’t see the whole page on my screen. How can I fix this?
The Green Gazette is best viewed when your monitor is set to a resolution of at least 1024 pixels wide. To change your settings follow these steps: Windows PC: Right-click anywhere on your desktop, then click Properties, then Settings. Apple OS X: Click the Apple menu, then System Preferences, then Display. Apple OS 8 – 9:Click the Apple menu, then Control Panel, then Monitor.If you cannot view the entire width of the page, find a scroll bar along the bottom edge of your Web page. You can scroll right or left to view more of the page. You also will be able to navigate up and down using the scroll bar on the right edge.

At this time we do not support single copies of The Green Gazette.
Are the Sunday advertising inserts available in The Green Gazette?
Not at this time. If you would like to receive the Sunday inserts at your home via The Gazette newspaper, please contact our customer service department to learn more.
When I call up a story through The Green Gazette, what are my viewing options?
You can view The Green Gazette in two ways. “Graphic View” displays the story just as it appears in the newspaper, with columns and photos in place. “Text View” is a text view of the story and photos. You can e-mail or print the story in either mode. Just use the icons at the top right-hand corner to adjust the view.
I prefer following text links to stories, rather than paging through an entire section or edition. How do I do that?
In the “text view,” click on the link at the end of the story.
I’m on AOL. Why am I having difficulties viewing The Green Gazette?
Due to a browser limitation, AOL users must initialize the browser window first before starting to navigate The Green Gazette. To initialize the browser window, simply re-size the browser window once. NOTE: Some versions of the AOL browser will not display the digital version. If you are able to log in but pages won’t load, please try this corrective action: Dial in to the Internet as usual using your AOL connection. Then MINIMIZE the AOL browser and open your default WEB BROWSER, SUCH AS INTERNET EXPLORER, FIREFOX, OR SAFARI. Go to The Green Gazette login page and sign in as usual. The pages should load correctly.
